Charming hotel with excellent service
This boutique hotel is located in the heart of the historic district. Our room was clean, attractive, and spacious. We appreciated the excellent breakfast delivered to our room, the wine and cheese reception in the late afternoon, and sherry in the evening. Someone was always available at the front desk and willing to help. We had to stay an extra night because of inclement weather and they were very helpful.

Wonderful location in Charleston - walk to everything. Comfortable room. Continental breakfast is ordered previous night and served by room service at time requested. 24/7 staffing of front desk - helpful, pleasant. Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. Highly recommended.

New Year’s trip 2024-2025
It was so beautiful and amazing location. Bed was springy, wife loved it me, not so much. But atmosphere was wonderful. Ask for a ( BOX FAN) no problem was at my room when we returned from site seeing. Also the breakfast brought to your room in the morning was an amazing touch. Kinda felt like a cruise room service. Over all an A+ Would like to recommend possibly adding a vending machine or an after hours lobby drinks like a snack or bottles of water or soft drinks.

Home Away From Home
Our stay at The Fulton Lane Inn was amazing. The personalized service was incredible. The rooms are gorgeous. Ours had a fireplace! We had a wonderful time at the wine and cheese party. Every time we walked back into the inn we felt like we were coming home!

Excellent location. Authentic rooms, kept very clean. Very nice continental breakfast delivered to the room each morning. Parking is convenient and staff are all friendly. The old style beds are charming, and require steps to access them so may not be suitable for everyone.

We live in South Carolina and frequently visit the Charleston area. I booked at Fulton Inn bc it’s one of the few places we’ve not stayed. It was quiet, which was nice as Charleston has become a magnet for herds of loud tourists. It was clean and nicely decorated. The mattresses, however, were uncomfortable and didn’t have fitted sheets on them - just a tucked in flat sheet which was odd. The people at the front desk were SUPER NICE, but we had a parking issue when we arrived and the college-aged sounding kid who answered the phone was miserable and couldn’t have been less helpful.
