Worst hotel
I came with a child. This is my third visit, and this time the service was the worst. Even considering the fact that it is a glass window, the heating doesn't work well, and the room was assigned to me with a strange structure, and the bathroom didn't get any warm air at all, so I shivered while using the bathroom. I checked in advance that I have a child and booked a room for 3 people, but they said they couldn't give me an extra bed due to the room structure. Then they should have assigned me a different room structure.
When they said they couldn't give me an extra bed, I asked for an extra bedding, but they said no. They didn't have one. Haha Is this a hotel? ㅠ I wanted to go home and sleep warmly. The room service food wasn't warm, and the amount was ridiculously small.
And lastly, the door didn't open with the room key. Haha?
Does it make sense that the door wouldn't open with the room key I received?
When I went back up to the lobby and asked, they just re-registered me and left. I won't come back.
