Originally it looked good by service and readiness to help extremely poor.
The hotel appears modern and well-equipped at first glance, but our family stay was ruined by poor service, lack of solutions, and basic issues that should not happen in a hotel of this standard. I travel extensively (more than 20 hotels in last 12 months), and this was unfortunately one of the worst service experiences I’ve had.
Good Things:
• Modern design and lobby area with some games
• Spacious hotel with decent views
Bad Things:
• Booked a three-bed room but only two beds provided; repeated requests ignored (mail and verbal)
• Staff promised a third bed already arranged when not there. Then provided a sub quality foldable bed.
• Air conditioning noisy and blowing cold air, causing health issues; they only offered a small heater as a “solution” if you get cold easily or have air conditioning issue don’t stay here, you cannot turn it off.
• Reception unresponsive by phone—called via hotel phone, no reply, called via mobile phone, no reply. So I had to physically go down to get help. Excuse they were busy with customers, when at night, no customer there and during an extended period.
• Shower gel/shampoo ripped off wall and left on the floor (see picture)
• Lobby tables left dirty with spilled drinks (unfortunately didn’t take picture). Unacceptable for a hotel of that standard
• Breakfast poorly organized: dirty windows, no cutlery, self-service only, no staff attention.
