My first room was nice, but I encountered issues when I showered and discovered no hot water. After trying to call the front desk, no one answered the phone. I went to the front desk myself, only to find no one was there, and the phone kept ringing. After waiting a while, someone finally arrived at the front desk and gave me another room.
In the new room, I had another problem: the glass sliding door in the shower wouldn't close and would slide back open while I was showering, so I had to use one hand to hold the glass door.
The following day, housekeeping unexpectedly entered my room despite my "Do Not Disturb" sign being displayed. It turned out that the front desk had failed to inform housekeeping about my room change, even though I had already checked out. Initially, I had planned to stay one more night, but the woman at the front desk asked me to do a late checkout for the entire day and remain in the room while housekeeping sorted things out, which was quite unexpected.
