Overall a good experience. The one drawback was that the TV in my room didn't communicate with the cable service, so no guide for channels, no information about the programming, and there was no list of channels even for reference, though there 3 remote controls in the room. And I was supposed to receive VIP rewards, which I did, but only after inquiring. If I were running a hotel, I would confirm with each guest upon checkin what their benefits were for the stay. On checkout, I had to request the invoice be redone because my $15 f&b credit hadn't been applied for breakfast that morning , even though clarifying at checkout that I had used the restaurant and produced the receipt. Breakfast was good, but I feel they should seriously rethink the potatoes, and give guests another option for the dishes that include potatoes. I believe they had been boiled, then roasted, or maybe just boiled?
