Two studio apartment units ideal for couples/families traveling together. The space is newly remodeled and we aim to add modern amenities for your comfort.
The property is on a hill with a broad view of the ocean, and oasis of tropical plants and fruit trees.
The apartment units are on the lower level of our home. My family resides on the upper level and the units are on the lower level. (There are two studio apartment units adjoined by a shared balcony making 2BR/2BA.)
Our home has a remote gated entrance and paved driveway with ample parking. We have backup water storage and backup power generator(a must if you live in the Caribbean).
Each unit is independent with air conditioning, separate keyed entrance, motorized hurricane shutter, kitchenette, ceiling fan, TV, hot water with rain-shower head, hair dryer, memory foam bed, dedicated workspace, and Fiber Optic internet access.
Guests are provided with a gate remote and keys to the apartment.*Fee assessed for replacement of lost keys or remote.
Our home was built in 1988 and remodeled in 2021. The fenced and gated property is in a cul-de-sac in the prestigious Crosbies community on the northern end of the island.
The units face the Caribbean Sea so there's a SEAVIEW from every window. The exit of the units is onto a shared balcony with a few steps leading to a paved walkway then to a stairway (all with handrail) leading up to the paved driveway.
Both rooms share the lower balcony and there is a roll-up divider for limited outdoor privacy. The property is well lit and features paved walkways from the driveway to unit entrance. The yard space is over 0.4 acres with an abundance of walking area, picnic tables, sitting areas, mature trees, and a trampoline.
There are security cameras observing the outside of the house.
Parking is available on-site. There is a place for plugging-in Electric Vehicle. Neighborhood is residential and is walking friendly. Supermarket, and small shopping plaza within 15 minutes walk. Rental car is available within walking distance.
