The hotel is in a good location, but as soon as we entered the lobby from the street upon our arrival there was a heavy smell of sewage right at the entrance that is consistent. Further to that, the toilets in the reception area did not have toilet paper and we had to let the check-in staff know about it.
Unfortunately, the smell is consistent and the team tries to compensate for the smell by putting fragrance to cover up the smell but it is not helping at all and it is carrying through the lift shaft as well and on to other levels of the hotel.
Besides that, the service is fast and the team tried to be accommodating and the breakfast has a great variety to choose from. The coffee is good at breakfast as well.
