Nice helpful staff.
Couldnât sleep with the sound of tuck tuck and mopeds revving engines in the middle of the night. But Iâm not used to cities and noice. So maybe others could handle it. No hot water for bathtub. Just warm.
Very strategically located near just about anything one can ask for. Terminal 21, BTS, MRT isn't too far away, street food stalls are all just outside the hotel, along with fancier, pricier eateries if that's what you want. There's even a laundry shop nearby! Last but not least, tons of massage parlours for you to choose.
The room itself served its purpose. Bed was alright, but the showers was either too hot, or not hot enough. And the angle of the showerhead can make the area around the bathtub wet. The streets can get somewhat noisy at night.
Staff was attentive although housekeeping don't replenish your toothpaste.
The staff are extremely polite and helpful. The location is perfect for reaching most places. The cat cafe downstairs next door will bring a smile to your face each morning and night when you past it.
I like The Key, have stayed before. Itâs a bit dated, rooms are fairly big, but basic hotel furniture. I love the full-size refrigerators and microwaves. The #1 best thing about the rooms. If youâre a smoker like me, they have a nice like minibar at the lobby with a smoking patio. The bellmen and desk clerks are great. Theyâre maybe a bit pricey, but you canât beat Soi 19, Asok BTS, Terminal 21 location.
