I booked this room online with a walk in shower and king bed and kitcnette, got checked in and went to our room only to get a call that we had to move rooms because it had carpet and I have a registered service dog
She changed our room and we repocecced to get all of our stuff and move only to get downstairs and it was a double bed nothing like I had booked. I went back to the front desk and explained I booked a king bed and that is what I wanted so changed rooms again and was giving a room with a king bed no kitchenette and a handicap Walk in shower.
All is all we changed rooms 3 times and missed our dinner reservation.
The room is clean and newly renovated. It was quiet and there was plenty of parking. However, there was no room cleaning during our stay. We also had to keep going to the office for clean towels. Other than this and the occasional smell of weed, everything else was okay. Again, the room and hotel was clean and remodeled, just a few minor adjustments to be a great hotel. If they fixed these issues, I would stay again.
This is a nice surprise hotel. Driving up to it you will not think it's going to end up being as nice and quiet as it is. My kids and I stayed for two nights. The air conditioner was fantastic and we did not hear a thing from anybody else minus people pulling into the driveway. Staff at the front desk were funny and very helpful. Don't sleep on this property.
The staff was absolutely awesome. The room was clean and the beds and pillows where very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.
We didn't stay for the free hot breakfast due to travel plans, but they have the standard hot breakfast we have enjoyed at other Bestwestern.
This is a no pool motel but the price was great.
Good inexpensive hotel. Breakfast left something to be desired - it was cold when I ate at 8:30. Desk agent was great at checkin and checkout (same guy) - he was also helpful in getting my wife extra pillows. Hotel parking lot could use re-paving but otherwise the property was in good shape. Convenient to shopping 10 minutes to Dollywood and 20 to Great Smoky Mountains Park. Would stay there again.
Room was clean, but food was left in fridge from prior occupants (not sure how long it had been there).
Just needed a place to crash for a few hours and it served its purpose. Price was right and you get what you pay for.
Was about to go to bed. Tucked myself in. Saw dirty stain. Blood or some kind of bodily fluid. Everybody was disgusted. Tried to reach out. No answer or to be found. My wife had to put clean clothes to sleep on top of. They probably didnt change out both sheets and replace blankets. Served us some dirty rooms.
