The worst i ever stayed for 4 days. Cockroaches, no wifi, line up for elevator, no change and cleaning for 4days. No communication between room and reception to at least communicate my needs.
After jumping through many hoops to contact the host everything went well. This information should be on the fist sheet of the contract. It was latent and took a great amount of time to search out.

It is located in the business district and close to a shopping mall, so it is convenient for shopping and eating. There were some issues with the water flow in the shower room and the elevator being out of order, but they responded quickly. Thank you.
I love how accommodating they are! & how close everything else is. The place was very nice, the windows had an AMAZING view! My children loved staying in the room watching the cars, the planes, & people passing by. Definitely one to remember! Weâll book again in our next time in Philippines!! Thank you!
The location is great-close to everything restaurants, shopping, commuting. Fair price. Property condition/unit-donât expect too much. Should you have any major concerns, immediately let the airbnb property manager know to resolve it right away. Our stay at this property was okâdoormen were cordial & helpful
The initial front desk reception was very unsatisfactory.
My flight arrived after midnight. When I arrived at the Beacon, the staff looked at me without even a welcome note
They said "What is your Rm # and key". I was not informed I should have been issued a room and key
Contacted Exepedia through borrowed local phone as no WiFi connection in Hotel Lobby
Expedia claimed hotel representative should issue key and Rm #, via chat
I was supposed to be issued a key beforehand
Since it was early morning had to find other place until 3pm next day.
Again staff asked for Rm and Key details. No internet connection in lobby. Could not contact Expedia for info
Eventually a rep advised the key is in Rm and issued the number after much delay
Roaches were everywhere in Rm. We cleaned rm and there were still roaches
Elevator a nightmare. Always crowded and long wait lines for elevator
The only positive was the gym and pool facilities. Roaches even in sauna and shower facilities
Overall experience at The Beacon --- Negative--
Moved to a better facility with much better service and cleaner facilities

Sofas upholstery needs replacement, worn out, looks dirty
Defective toilet door lock, needs replacement
Busted lights, rooms are dark, maybe dirty
Cabinet door falling apart
Sink and toilet faucet, may detach anytime
Well. All good since it is a self check-in/out. The pool is just super cold. Hope they put some heater next time haha. Lots of small cockroaches when we first came in but still all good since its a common problem in some condominiums. There is also outside playground and an indoor playground good for children. My son enjoyed the pool a lot. Will Definitely come back next time. But really hope they will come up with a heater pool next time we visit lol.
The property was not as pictured. Very small and unsatisfactory. We did not stay at all. We refused the reservation based on the fact that the advertisement was not the same as in person.
