I was not able to check into the condo I rented. Upon arrival, they did not have my reservation. I showed them my confirmation at encanto resorts and after 4 people tried finally Franky from concierge was able to figure out the condo had been double booked. Even though I had rented the condo on Expedia and received a confirmation I arrived and had no were to stay. Franky quickly put us in a different condo, it was just as nice and a 1/3 of the price of the other one but I had to pay for it again and then he worked with the owner of the double booked condo to make sure I received my money back. Expedia was useless. They said there was nothing they could do. The resort is wonderful, the customer service is great, the staff is wonderful! It’s clean and beautiful!
