Min booking var ment til den 12 feb - 15 feb but a mistake was made so the booking said 11 jan - 14 jan - event though i asked for transfer in a message for the 11 feb made ind december the hotel did not react - when they saw that we did not check in on the 11 jan they did not respond - i wrote them today 15 jan and asked that our reservation still was active for the 12-15 feb - their response was that our booking was used so that was not posible - I could under stand if thesy said that we had to pay with one day but i find it to be VERY bad service to just say that after their system we was stayíng there in january even though we are right here in Denmark.
