Cheltenham Chase Hotel & Spa

Cheltenham Chase Hotel & Spa

8/10 Good
"The hotel was lovely but the swimming pool was small and there were children splashing around the who time so not very relaxing. The waitresses for the meals are not very efficient. We had to wait a long time for our order to be taken. At breakfast, the food was not replenished and it was difficult to find someone to take orders from the kitchen."

10/10 Excellent
"This was our third stay at The Ragged Cot and we always have a lovely time. Its position is so convenient to visit many lovely places and has good on site, safe parking. Nice cosy atmosphere with nice bar and restaurant and loads of outside areas to sit. Rooms are basic but ample, the only issue is that the bathrooms are beginning to look very tired and surprisingly there was only 2 tiny complimentary soaps - no shower/body wash or shampoo. Beds are very comfy. Staff are very attentive and friendly at all times"
