This hotel is adequate, the staff were helpful, the room is basic and in need of an upgrade but for the price we paid it was ok. A bit tricky to find, tucked away behind a petrol station through a tunnel, but close to London Fields station which was what we wanted. Tea and coffee facilities were in the reception area rather than the room, along with a microwave.

This was a very convenient and reasonable priced hotel for a 1/2 night stopover. The rooms are small but have everything you need. Bed was comfortable and the bathroom small but clean. No breakfast provided but there are plenty eateries in the area , a nice pub - The London fields nearby and a cafe around the corner. The reception manager was exceptionally friendly and welcoming.

The staff were very kind and helpful, the actual hotel isn’t far from the tube transport but it was a bit difficult to find, its right next to a petrol station which helped with locating it, the locking and unlocking of the room door with the key was a bit stiff and the door handle was a bit loose but it still locked and was safe. I would stay again :)

This place is a budget place to stay usually but recently the prices do not match what you get. I was charged £15 for early check in I arrived 1.5 hours early. Fine to pay this. Waited 10 mins for the room to be ready. No towel which I got myself in reception. Room was clean, no tea/coffee facilities in the room or shower gel in the shower which really are basics. No fan so window open and was woken up by a mouse in the room. I had a bag with some food bits and that must have attracted it in. As soon as it saw me it jumped back out of the window. I looked down from the window and there is lots of rubbish where people have thrown fast food/rubbish etc so that obviously attracts them. If they had provided a fan I wouldn’t have had that wake up call at 6am as window would have been closed. After that I just got up and left. I won’t be booking again mainly as paying over £100 per night for a single room with zero frills I would rather use a premier inn for example

So . Starting with reception. It looks old and dirty. Anyway the man was nice enough. I was explained coffee is not in the room but in the entrance of the hotel where there is a station with coffee sugar and a kettle. Milk will be handed by staff upon request. So the room was dirty. There was a used soap bar in the shower.. the carpet was flooded and my socks were all wet and there were hairs on the bed. Was this room even cleaned? Were the sheet changed? The matress was horrible first night coyld not sleep ad springs were painful on my body. Had to change and sleep over the duvet.. but it was cold so had to sleep with tracksuit and jacket. First morning i went to fet the coffee downstairs and the coffee is not in sachet but in a cintainer.. a bit disgusting for me. There was some milk which was already warm. I got my coffee with no milk and actually made a little cut to the milk bottle label. Went upstairs and then after 40 minutes went out The bottle was still there. Same milk. Super warm. Disgusting. Second noggt again same issies with matress and in the morning i planned on calling someone for milk but no one was in reception and after ringing the bell 3 times and waiting 5 minutes i just went away. Never been in a place like this in London. Definetly to avoid
