from the first conversation with the staff everything was amazing. the receptionist was absolutely delightful. the bartenders and waiters were phenomenal. the rooms were fully stocked with everything we need and the view was fantastic. the hotel is in a perfect location to navigate south beach. we will definitely be back.

What a nice friendly welcome ! Front desk staff was professional and courteous . The restaurant was so nice with the outside patio and live music … check out the chocolate mousse ! The room was clean quite cool and comfortable! The shower was nice with great pressure! Great location a short walk to the beach ! Very reasonable rate ! Even with the at the hotel resort fee! The rooftop sunrise was amazing ! And the pool has morning sun !

I visit Miami often for work and leisure. A few times I’ve had breakfast/lunch at the restaurant but never stayed at the hotel. I finally decided to book a room here. So happy I did. Enjoyed my stay tremendously. The hotel and room were very clean. Love that there’s a very nice size pool and pool area. Also loved that there’s a roof deck, so you can chill out and enjoy the Miami Beach views. Check in was pretty. Big shout out to April so checking me in. She was amazing. The beach was only a block away, Ubers to South beach was less than $10, also there’s a free shuttle bus close by that will take you directly to south beach. Overall I had a great stay and I will definitely be staying at Hotel Croydon again.

So to start with there is a $65 Fee that it not listed in the booking but fine whatever its only $65.y bigger issue was the "onsite parking". There is no onsite parking. You can park on the street for $3 an hour, that is if someone hasn't taken the 4 sl6 spaces in front of the hotel. The parking garage that you can use isn't expensive but it's half a mile away from the hotel. Lastly our room was 68 degrees when we arrived. No biggie I will turn on the heat. When we woke up in the morning the room was 66 degrees. I spoke with the staff and asked them to fix.the a/c when we went out for the day. Came back and the room was at 64. It was late and they obviously weren't going to fix it and we woke up to a 63 degree room. We couldnt enjoy our stay. It was too cold.
