Extremely disappointing experience
The room was freezing cold! Despite setting the thermostat to 23°C, there was no improvement. I had to sleep in full outdoor clothing, unable to get any rest due to the cold.
Around 2 a.m., I was forced to change rooms because the heating wasn’t working. Unfortunately, the second room was just as cold and only warmed up by the time I had to wake up for an early morning flight.
To make matters worse, I have another reservation with this hotel that they refuse to cancel or refund, citing their non-refundable booking policy. Given the terrible experience, this feels completely unreasonable.
As a frequent traveler, I’ve stayed in countless hotels, and I’ve never encountered such poor service or inflexible management. I cannot recommend this hotel.
