Stay with Family - teenagers
The hotel was much better than expected, Personel was very polite and attentive, but sometimes there were issues with communication. We ordered breakfast boxes (4 vegies) for 5 o'clock in the morning, at 5 we were told, they believed it was requested for 6. Eventually we got some boxes in a hurry, which contained only sausages... Almost each day we have to ask for the missing towel(s) (we were four) or beg for some shower gel or shampoo, which for this price would be nice to have without asking. At checkout they presented me a way too "expensive" bill and when I started complaining about it, the receptionist whisked it straight away without any further comment and presented the correct bill. Nevertheless, our stay was very pleasant, with plenty of room for the whole family, the kitchen was very well equipped, too, not to mention the technical appliances like TVs with USB connection to look at the pictures at the end of the days. We enjoyed a lot that the family could stay together in one apartment and have also dinner together from the food we either order from the hotel or brought from a restaurant, which of course was much cheaper.
