We got there after dark, but the door was locked with no explanation. Finally after about 2hrs Hotels.com got a different room for us. Three cheers to Hotels.com.

Do an aerial view via Google before booking.
If your traveling causes you to arrive after 10p you will not have anyone to guide you on the property.
