Didn’t receive a gate code. Had difficulty with it during my stay. Pool area not relaxing. We were sight seeing in the area, but the place is not a place you would want to relax around.

Antes de ir para allá se les mandó un mensaje donde estábamos la ayuda para poder hacer el cheque y nunca contestaron y ya cuando estuvimos allá salieron con la cosa de que no podían procesar la verificación de documentos y nos pidieron que nos saliéramos eso no es correcto uno maneja 20 horas para llegar allá y para qué ellos no puedan resolver el problema dos días antes de que a nosotros diáramos para allá La verdad yo no lo recomiendo está muy bien el departamento y todo eso pero lo que es la administración la gente que se encarga de darte las llaves del código para dónde te vas a quedar te dejo mucho que desear
