Mesmo com a percepção de que o hotel estava vazio, solicitei um quarto em andar mais alto, mas o pedido foi negado. Notei também que uma das recepções permanece fechada, e o acesso aos quartos é bastante estranho.
O hotel é limpo, porém a equipe demonstra zero carisma no atendimento. Fica a sensação de que muitos hotéis perderam o verdadeiro espírito de acolher: o que se vê são funcionários aparentemente insatisfeitos, oferecendo apenas o mínimo.
Além disso, quando a estadia é curta, o cuidado parece ainda menor — como se pensassem: “é só uma diária, pode ser qualquer quarto”. Infelizmente, isso não parece ser um caso isolado, mas sim uma percepção geral dos hotéis. Pra quem trabalha o mês fora longe de casa é massacrante.

Infelizmente desde que deixou de ser Mercure o atendimento ficou horrível, todos os atendentes sempre mal humorados, com cara feia para todos os clientes, sempre com respostas ríspidas e grosseiras.
Limpeza do quarto, principalmente do banheiro deixa muito a desejar.

Quarto ok mas ainda traz o design Ibis. Recepção não tive uma boa experiência. Estava a 15 minutos das 14 horas, o atendente disse de maneira muito ríspida: se tiver quarto posso tentar liberar. Viajo com frequência, já cheguei antes em hotéis melhores, nunca tive esse tratamento. Restaurante inativo, apenas room service. O empreendimento era um Ibis comprado pela bandeira, fizeram uma perfumaria no design, muito cheio de regras de hotel diferenciado, mas sem oferecer atendimento. Café da manhã básico, padrão da bandeira anterior.
