The room was okay and what you’d expect for the price. What was not okay was the boutique check in twenty mins from the room location. I suppose this would be fine if you had a car but we had to walk and this was ridiculous. The staff also did not speak good English which is more my problem and kept insisting I pay the rest in cash despite only having card on me. They sent me to two broken atms in the heat and finally said I could use my card. Also had an issue with the PIN codes for the entrance to the rooms. The building code worked fine with a funny little door but the door to the rooms was very difficult to open and close. Ac barely worked. Bathroom faucets a little dirty. I will say the room got nice and dark when you shut the doors we had no idea it was morning

The worst of the worst! I had to book another place to stay in on the day because they want to charge me 40 euro for late checking which just 1 hour. They asked to do some pre checking online but it won't accept my NAME or My PHONE NUMBER or MY BOOKING REFERENCE. Worst customers service of my whole life. Also their WhatsApp is AI so there is nobody there to help. I spent about 3 days to trying to get in touch with them but nobody would help. At the end of the day we are all humans and you need to treat people the way you want to be treated. for me KARMA will do what he has to do.

En cuanto a las habitaciones y todo lo que las incumbe como la limpieza, comodidad etc. está perfecto. El único inconveniente y el único motivo por el cual no le pongo las cinco estrellas es porque debes de pagar una fianza de 200 € por habitación que se devuelven en un periodo de 14 días, (si no dispones de 200 € para pagar la fianza puedes pagar menos, pero se convierte en un gasto que no se devuelve, por lo que se sumaría al gasto de las tasas), según me dijeron en recepción. Además las tasas son muy caras también. Nosotros cogimos cuatro habitaciones por lo que tuvimos que pagar 800 € de fianza y 112 € de tasas. Es importante recalcar que las tasas no se devuelven y además, es obligatorio pagarlas en efectivo. Estoy a la espera de la devolución de las fianzas.
