For the price and considering that it was the graduation week at West Point, i was just thankful that they had rooms available. Elaine was very helpful.
Stayed for 3 days due to proximity to my destination. Only needed somewhere to sleep each night.
Lady at the desk was pleasant and friendly. (one star).
Took me a minute to figure out where the "office" was, other than that, checkin/checkout was simple (half star)
Cleaning service was horrible. Only came in to change out towels. Beds weren't made, bathroom was not cleaned. (no stars)
Dirty shower curtain that barely made it to the edge of the tub. (no stars)
Would not stay here again.
The property owners were friendly and attenative. We had a leak in our bathroom and they moved us to a new room immediately when it wasnt a simple fix. They were quick to respond to the issue too. The first room with the leak the beds were rock hard but the room we gor moved to was much nicer with softer beds. It certainly isnt a luxury stay but a descent place to rest your head for the night.
The hotel is cheaper than most in the area, but a good value. There are no in-room amenities such as coffee or a coffee maker. The place is a bit dated but they do their best to keep it up.
Everything was ok but the door never locked properly, to the point that I had to take all my belongings with me one morning when going to work because there was no one at the reception desk to assist me and it just wouldnÂŽt lock.
The place reeked of weed. The sink leaked water. The bathroom pipes were old and rusted and the mattresses had almost no padding at all. The place was cheap but at the very least, have a decent mattress for me to sleep on.
