Staff - the guys person who attend to us from the moment we arrive to the time we left was not helpful and gave us a feeling of being discriminated.
On arrival, he did not fully assist us how to check, just kept on telling us to read the instructions , and yet when another customer arrived to check in, he’s fully attentive and even do the task for tha person
On checking out, i am already in a cue, next to be attended to by him and he instead walk away to see another person (when that person is already being attended to by another staff) and by observing him, he simply just walk around the computer desk just to get away from me pretend to help the other customer, I have to call his attention again to attend to me…
On claiming back our luggage from the storage, he kept on scrutinising what bag we have and yet we have handed over to him our baggage claiming number.. as if he is doubting us that we don’t own the bag, asking descriptions from us of the bag… yet he already the claim number in his hands
The rooms are too small the toilet is too cramped and small u have to sit sideways as ur knee won’t fit
The policy of no kettle in each room is really not safe for reason, there’s more risk of us burn our hands whilst carrying the cup with boiling water from the reception to our room, it’s a hassle to get up in middle of of night and walk all the way out to reception to get hot water, and u need to put down the cups in the floor to be able to open each doors in the hallway
