There were no more parking passes left when I arrived and though I wrote down the required information on a napkin and placed it on my dashboard, I got a parking ticket. I had to spend 40 min on hold with the hotel help number to find out what I could do about the ticket, which delayed my leaving. I also accidentally forgot my phone in my room and was then locked out of the hotel for an hour late at night (I had arrived after a concert) with no way to get back in, as the code to get in was on my phone and the only way to reach staff was with a phone number, which I couldn't call as I didn't have my phone. I finally found someone who had a phone and was able to call the number for me and then I was given a new code and was finally able to get back into the hotel and into my room. Would not stay here again. Even if I had had my phone with me, I still would not have been able to call the help number as I don't have cell phone coverage while I'm traveling, just wifi.
