服務周到，吹風機需 要自行向前檯借用，泡麵需要熱水可以自行向廚房要求不用自己煮熱水，包車的部分也會主動幫忙規畫比較順暢的路線和向司機轉達需求。

Simple, but good little hotel
Rooms are small, but clean. Air con is good, though a little noisy. The location however is very useful for both major malls so taxi trips are quick and cheap even in rush hour

ホテルの設備や見た目は普通です。しかし、サービスが非常に良いです。部屋はいつも綺麗になっていたし、フロントの方の対応がものすごく良かった。観光へ行くためのタクシーや、空港へ行く為のタクシーも手配してくれました。周りにコンビニなどはありませんが、セブ市内の観光をするには立地は大変良いです。見た目は普通ですが、とてもオススメのホテルです。

お風呂もシャワーのみ。
二階のテラスには喫煙所あり。
スタッフは非常に感じ良いが日本語はできない。
タクシーさえ使えばどこ行くのも便利。

Great staff. Although they couldn’t accommodate an early check in. I am aware that the check in is after 2 but my flight had arrived at 00:35. I had to wait in the lobby as all the rooms were full. They had the staff come in and clean a room right away at 7am, which was the best they could do.

Amazing Hotel
We had a good stay at this hotel. Though it was only for 2 nights but it was worth it. I love their room, most especially the hot water shower(Thumbs up?) Their crew are very polite and accomodating, their breakfast is good. They have a gym and massage area, you can also book for in room service. Overall we had a very great stay...

From a Deluxe Room, the hotel downgraded our room to Standard Room even though we already indicated on the booking that we have 2 infants staying with us. When we reached the hotel they did not even offered us a compensation for the inconvenience. Our room was so small and we had to share a Double Bed when our room originally is for 2 double bed. The stay was so disappointing and the free breakfast choices was very minimal and the staffs were not even helpful! This is so disgusting.

It is central to many malls by way of a short cab ride. Air Conditioning is important to me, theirs is cool and very quiet. The breakfast is served individually either indoors or on a covered balcony. Comfortable setting, excellent staff. There is also a small outdoor local BBQ right across the street from their front door.
