Huge disappointment because of thier attitude
We'd made continuous bookings for 6 consecutive days, as we didn't know in advance how long we were going to stay, it went smoothly until the last day, when I opted to pay at the property rather than in advance as I did before. We were sleeping in the afternoon when they rudely were knocking our door and demanded payment, I told them that guests usually pay upon check out and that we wanted to sleep, after I would pay. The knocking happend in a few minutes one kore time, I yelled out then they didn't come back. It was totally unacceptable attitude from the hotel staff. Next morning I paid right away, well before checking out, but I just realized days later that the they cancelled my Hotels.com booking for that night, so I didn't get rewards after that certain night, yet I paid the full price to them! Nice hotel, but their attitude turned out to be quite bad in the end, so I wouldn't recommend this place!
