Just what I needed after a long flight

Got into Taiwan late at night, and needed a room overnight. This hotel is cozy, room is clean, beds are comfortable, staff are friendly and wanting to help, and the price is more than reasonable. The breakfast has lots of varieties, chinese dishes as well as sausage and eggs, and quality fruits. I had a very nice rest, and would definitely come here again next time I need an airport hotel in Taipei.

This colourful, fun hotel was a real treat! The rooms were clean and very comfortable, with a delicious breakfast included. The decor is whimsical and creative and a welcome change from the usual boring hotel neutral regular style. Massage chairs, air hockey, complimentary laundry service, billiards - this place has something for everyone. My kids and I were sorry to only have one night stay in the hotel.

I highly recommend this stay if you're needing a base before going to the airport the next day. It's only 15-20 minutes away, and the hotel's proximity to Taimall is very convenient and great for last minute buys! The hotel is also extremely charming, full of free amenities (coffee, tea, snacks, massage chairs, laundry, ping-pong table, gym, yoga mats, and very cute dogs you can pet!) What's very nice about this hotel location-wise is that it's next to a walking/biking path that takes you straight to the mall, which felt safe in a country where sometimes sidewalks are an afterthoughts. The rooms were clean, very spacious, and comfortable. I didn't have kids, but this hotel is notably VERY kid friendly if you're traveling with a family.

Very wonderful lobby! Nice receptionist. Lots of dining options at Tai Mall nearby. The rooms are incredibly spacious. I like that the hotel has discontinued providing single-use bathroom amenities. It saves millions of wasteful product going into landfills. The breakfast buffet is very generous in terms of the number of items for consumption. Great hotel!!!

Excellent except for room temperature

Everything was perfect including great service except the room was way too warm. Like a sauna almost. The staff said the only way to make the room cooler was to open the window, and it was winter.

We had the Standard Double Room, it was the largest room we've had across the many cities we went to in Taiwan. Includes water heater very long counter top and a large bathroom with a shower including a door. Close to Costco. One concern is that they did not have the Air Conditioning running during their Winter, December when we went, despite listing Air Conditioning as an amenity. We were offered a fan and to open the window but they do not have bug screens, so mosquitoes can come in. We made do but lesson here is to contact the hotel to confirm your critical amenities are functional during your dates.

This hotel made the cancellation of my flight due to the typhoon a nice experience . First, the price was not excessively high. It was the only hotel available within 15-20 minutes from the airport. The staff was very nice and spoke English which was a plus. We were told we also get complimentary dinner. What a great surprise in the middle of a storm . The hotel is different , especially the lobby. You have the dining area as well as a play room ( massage chairs, cars for kids to play , piano, you can also play tennis). The interior court was my favorite part. They had about 4-5 dogs ( mostly Shiba), very playful and friendly. It looks like they have their kennel there. The room was very clean and made the experience a positive one. They offer toiletries by the reception upon request, however the showers had shower gel and shampoo. The bed was big and comfy. They also offer water via a water dispenser by the elevator, including hot water. I highly recommend this hotel . They were even so nice to call a taxi in the morning for us. I am not sure about the area since I was not able to explore , but regarding the rooms and service - 5 stars.

Short stay in Taipei

We booked this place last minute since our airline cancelled and rebooked our flight a day later, leaving us only a short stay before flying to our next destination. We were very pleased and surprised how wonderful this hotel was, especially for the price. Our room was very large, clean, and the hotel had a ton of amenities. The proximity of the airport made us choose the location and it's a good option for anyone with a long layover, short stay in Taiwan.

本次住的是五樓的標準雙床房。 房門隔音不錯，也因此很重。關門時，床墊與床頭牆面會小晃動。 房間與廁所空間大，淋浴間相對很小且排水速度慢。 廁所門沒有門鎖，因為是玻璃隔間，夜間的沖水聲音不小。 牆面隔音不佳，夜間可以聽到樓上的腳步聲，隔壁房的聊天聲音。 電梯與地下停車場沒有管控。
