Not what I want to see after a long work day
I have stayed at this hotel in the past without complaint. It is a rougher neighborhood with many street people in the area but I would deal with that to stay in a newer, clean and well maintained hotel.
Unfortunately the hotel is not being well maintained.
The hallway outside my room did not look
Like it had been vacuumed in days.
Basic things like replace the worn and grimy “clean” stickers throughout room….
The room carpet also had bits of debris (get staff a decent vacuum or train them to use it).
Bathroom shower has mildew and walls in room had sticky marks from previous guests. This is after I changed rooms due to other peoples hair in bathroom.
The young staff were nice and apologetic but hotel is not being managed well.
I travel regularly on business and cleanliness is my biggest concern on any hotel whether it be a 2 or 5 star.
Regrettably, I will not be back.
