It is nice, you can find an area that goes with you because there is a noise or a relax areas to pick. The beach area is very nice and quiet. The only suggestion that I have is that they need to add more beach towels services (kiosks) but I had a nice time

Jose at the buffet, David at the buffet/steakhouse, and Miguelito at the Italian restaurant went above and beyond to ensure my children and I felt welcomed and well cared for throughout our meals. Day a little more mantenimiento my room was hot and leaking a lot it and everything is good. The food. The restaurant is very nice.

Everything is good about this property. Food is good, good 🍸 drinks everywhere you pass by. There are a lot to say about this place. The only problem is the property needs to be disinfected because it smells bad and they need to spray for the mosquito.

I like that its an all adult resort, the entertainment was top notch. Staff was very respectful, responsive and professional. I didn't like that they have lots of Americans traveling there, yet we cant get American TV stations, we couldn't log in Prime or Netflix. The large pool near the beach was very dirty!

I liked that the staff were nice and patient since we are not very well with spanish. Everyone was friendly and I appreciate that. The cleanliness of the room was top tier. However, I didn’t like the constant smell of mildew/sewage in the hallways, elevator, store, and even the buffet. The towel guys at the pool could’ve been more on top with making sure towels were available. Other than that the pool/beach was a vibe!! the Jerk chicken hut was also the best food there

The rooms at this hotel are very poorly maintained. They smell bad, and the bathroom was moldy. The outside was clean and well-maintained. There were lots of palm trees. The food at the buffets was average. I thought the service was quite good. The music and the show weren't as good. We expected more traditional Dominican music, and everything was really Americanized. The beach was clean. In conclusion, we wouldn't return.

The pools were warm, which was good for swimming, but they were not cleaned daily. A lot of floating stuff. The staff were very friendly and helpful I don’t know for anyone else, but my room was poorly maintained. A constant leak with the mirror was from the upstairs shower my toilet, barely flushed. It was a good experience with my friends, but the hotel overall was poorly maintained.

The property was clean but there is room for improvement. These are the things that need improving asap along with their customer service: -cold water in the shower 95% of the time -fridge not stocked -no pool towels -poor job announcing activities -water runs out the shower -24 hour snack bar is very unsanitary and not vegetarian friendly -many staff avoid eye contact like their running away from work -issues with exchanging towels -Indian restaurant closed but still on the map -steak house reservations is poorly coordinated -tv internet did not work -roach crawling on the dinner table Pros: -The pool area caters to everyone, you can always find a pool to enjoy based on your mood. -The food did not disappoint

Beautiful resort. Our bedroom view was absolutelt stunning! Right in front of the pool where you could see palms both pools from an angle and the beach! Slip and slide was a blast, highly recommend! Staff was present but wasn’t super interactive (only to notify when it’s clear to go or not) which was a perfect for us since they few time we went we had it all to ourselves! Highly recommends wearing shoes to the slide since it does get hot.Our room air conditioning did not work, we complained twice daily, each time given the response maintenance will check on it and nothing ever changed. So hot we hated being in the room, unable to enjoy drinks in room, sweating each time we came out of the shower (hot and hot showers). We also did not get door handles to notify staff to clean rooms. There was no tv guide options or option to utilize tv apps (which we wouldn’t do anyway because it was too hot in the room). The food was meh, we ate at the Dominican restaurant the first night, which they served you at the food was unenjoyable, each night after dinner at a restaurant (Italian, Japanese) we had to go to the buffet to try and munch on something till the morning. The steakhouse was the only meal we ever finished and we had to make reservation reservations the day of when they opened at 6 PM. The meal was filling, but our stomachs were upset the next morning. We finally were moved the last night of our stay to an air conditioned room, more space, and ventilation in the bathrooms.
