Theatre visit

The room was clean, but old and tired, tv didn't work, 3 staff seen one good and friendly, one adequate, the night staff poor, disinterested and didn't pass on my complaint about having hot water only in the sink in my room. Having the KFC and Asda over the road was useful.

I had a lovely single room on the 4 floor it was amazingly clean, comfy mattress and fresh white bedding and towels I was told by reception that there was tea, coffee, and sugar in the room but if I needed any more they were at reception and to help myself, this little gesture was nice as I sometimes feel like a bother if I ask for more.
Although I did not use the restaurant it looked warm and welcoming if I had been staying more than one night I would have gone in for a meal. I do recommend the Cornmill

A lovely clean hotel with convenient parking and within walking distance of city centre. Although situated on a very busy road, the hotel has taken successful measures to block out traffic noise in the rooms. It has a nice independent italian restaurant attached that serves good food too.
