Lovely stay but a few things to watch out for
Lovely stay in Überlingen - a great base to explore. The rooms are a great size and have all the amenities you might require. The bathroom is dated but functional and the shower was great.
There's no AC so we kept the windows open. The hotel is very close to St. Nikolaus Münster - the church bells start ringing from 6am (including every quarter hour) so beware if you're a light sleeper!
There is rarely someone on reception but you can phone to speak to someone.
There is no car park but there are some recommended car parks on the hotel website. The website says you can obtain a discount card from the hotel - please note you need to collect this from the hotel BEFORE you enter the car park. Unfortunately we weren't informed of this beforehand so we were not able to use the discount.
The only other thing to be mindful of is the fact that the hotel is listed as Hotel Le Fleur on Google Maps, but Hotel La Fleur everywhere else.
