Super loud with security issues
My wife and I were just there for 2 nights before our trip to Key West and Aruba. Made a mistake staying this close to the airport. Airport shuttle took 45 minutes! It was LOUD directly under the flight path of Miami airport. AC was super loud and heard excitable kids in pool until 11pm. Rooms have inadequate soundproofing. Nice bedsheets and newer towels. Breakfast was decent. Didn’t feel safe in this hotel. We ordered pizza from the front desk recommendation. We called and ordered once we got to our room. Then, they delivered directly to our room because the front desk guy says this is normal. They do this all the time. We didn’t feel comfortable. For security reasons, we would rather pick it up and meet the delivery guy at the lobby. We think only hotel guests and employees should have access to the elevators, hallways, stairs especially rooms! The next day, there was a flyer from another pizza place stuck under our door! We were shocked and told the front desk guy about this. He said “don’t order from them, they’re scammers!” So, why are scammers roaming around our floor/hallways? Will never recommend this place.
