We loved everything. We were looking for relaxation by the beach and pool by this point in our trip. Premier sure did deliver on this, their location is perfect and Kelm Beach has our heart. We loved our relaxing stay. The staff were amazing - reception staff went above and beyond with the breakfast boxes organised for us to have as we had an early departure flight from the island. The buffet breakfast by the way you have so much choice, something for everyone. I would say go early to breakfast to avoid busy time (After 9am was insanely busy on our first morning at resort). We loved everything about resort location and we hope to return with the rest of the family in the future.

Was a great stay with my family. The Kids Club was exceptional, along with the pool! While it appears there is only a small section posted as "kids pool", there didn't seem to be an issue taking kids in the other pools as long as they were supervised. The private beach was also very accessible and never seemed too crowded. The free shuttle and access to transport was very convenient and appreciated. It is to note that this is a large resort, and while the service was great, don't expect the same level of service as a smaller 5 star hotel. Would easily return to this hotel as a very family friendly place.

Spent two weeks, and it was great. Great breakfast and pool! However, the bedroom is lacking some love, lacking of carpet and rugs, utensils, glasses. The beds were started to be sloppy, and the pillows were big and hard - did not suit us well. We got bad necks and shoulders from sleeping here. The spa was phenomenal. We suggest instead of the local spas next to the hotel, treat yourself at the emerald spa to achieve maximal comfort and tranquillity.

They should solve beach chair reservations- all chairs are occupied at 7.30but half of thrm stay empty during the day.
