The hotel is nicely organized and clean. The staff are very friendly and good restaurant. Liked the underground parking and swimming pools on the top floor. Nice that they provide free laundry facilities to do your own laundry. Rooms are very clean and comfortable.

The room was extremely nice and clean, with daily maintenance being made.
Breakfast was really good, multiple options and good quality.
All the same were extremely friendly and always ready to help. Special thanks to Osama who made efforts so I could check in early, and gave me a room with an awesome view!
Location is quite at a local spot, so you have multiple cheap but still quality restaurant options, but also a little bit of the daily life chaos around. Good thing is that since its very central, you are always close to the main points of the city.
5 stars, will definitely come again

We enjoyed our stay here while visiting muscat. Our room was very nice, breakfast buffet was great and location was very convenient for our needs. You definitely need a car in Muscat to get places and the complimentary parking here was perfect.
