All in all, this is a really nice hotel. The staff is top-notch, the entire facility is clean, and it's great that you can access the Pru, a connector mall with high-end stores, without having to brave Boston's cold winds. Just two complaints: the breakfast buffet was way too expensive considering the paltry spread, and the accessible room we ordered did not have a walk-in shower, just a tub with grab bars. I can't figure out why hotels as big as this one don't have more rooms with walk-in showers AND anti-slip pads for the bath. My mother, who is almost 90, decided not to take a chance taking a shower. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay.

Stayed at the Sheraton over the valentines day weekend and it was amazing. The renovations they had done make the place so fancy and cozy. We got upgraded to a corner room and it had a beautiful view and very comfortable beds. Only downside is that parking is 72 dollars a day. The hotel is connected to the Prudential center so that makes it very easy to walk thru and avoid the cold outside. Will definitely stay there again!
