The hotel is beautiful, the staff were friendly, the breakfast was amazing and it’s a great location. If someone is looking for a quiet stay, I might not book as it’s in the heart of the nightlife. However the hotel does provide eat plugs. It didn’t bother us but good for others to know. Also, the wifi was terrible. This is the only piece of criticism. Every day we asked the front desk to have it fixed and every day it was not. Given part of this trio was for work travel, would not book again for this reason as was not able to work or connect to the wifi in the room. Otherwise a great stay!

We absolutely loved this hotel! The reception, dining and bedroom areas were gorgeous. We loved the lounge and also the wine bar in the evenings! It had a great vibe and the staff were brilliant. The breakfast was really good too! Highly recommend staying here. It’s so close to everything!

Beautiful hotel. Great location near several metro stops. We walked everywhere. Make sure to request room with AC if that matters to you. One night we had room with only a fan type set up. But the other 6 nights was bliss in the AC room. Breakfast was good with fruit, yogurt, eggs, breads and cheeses and pastries. Drip coffee free, barista coffee like cappuccino cost 45Sek. The wine bar had good drinks and it was nice sitting outside. Rooms have excellent bedding and good body lotion, shampoo, conditioner etc. would stay again.

The hotel itself is amazing. Our room was spotlessly clean and shiny, the bed was extremely comfortable with lovely soft sheets, and the location is excellent. Unfortunately, there is one major safety issue that needs to be addressed. The room had a bathtub under the shower, which made getting in and out very dangerous. The small sliding safety mats provided did not stick properly to the tub. One day, an adult in our group slipped hard while getting out of the shower and was badly injured. Thankfully there was no head or neck injury, but it was still a serious fall.This hotel has so much going for it, but the shower/bathtub setup is genuinely hazardous. I would strongly recommend the hotel add proper non-slip mats and safety grab bars in all rooms with this tub-shower combination.I hope management takes this feedback seriously to prevent others from getting hurt.
