Terrible customer service - shame on the manager
I recently sold my home and looking to relocate to northwest Indiana . However I was diagnosed with advanced liver cancer so was going to stay at hotels while undergoing treatmnunbeen looking to relocatany decisions until the end of the summer so I was going to stay at different hotels for different extended days was gonna be my first one. However I had my first treatment. My eyes were affected, and I ended up getting into a car accident. Someone was supposed to call for me. They did not so when Hotels.com reached out to them, they refused to refund my money Shame on them. That is absolutely horrible. They just lost out on a lot of business and I will make sure to tell everybody, I know, regardless of the ratings of this hotel, the manager has no empathy. I worked at the Marriott for 15 years and we would never have done that regardless of a reservation policy or not you can adjust it to circumstancesI hope he is never in a situatioso that is kind of hauled off my plans so I’ve staying at various hotels for extended days. I intended on staying at this hotel, however I ended up having a car accident due to me not feeling well and not paying attention. They will not refund my money. I was planning on going there, but I will not decide that they won’t refund my money that is absolutely terrible. One of the worst experiences I have had so I don’t know if their hotel is good or bad. I’ve heard good things however I will never know and they are missing out on a lot of Busin
