Honeymoon Suite room was just fantastic!!! This place rock. The staff were very helpful. The breakfast (Korean) was absolutely yummy as auntie (이모님)(kitchen chef) was just sweet lady who works hard as well as the over-night staff who is also sweet to help her prepare it. Don’t change a thing!!!

BUT, the staff were totally unhelpful arranging taxis and isn't that a key service of a hotel, especially for foreigners? If it wasn't for that, this hotel rating would have been considerably higher. My friends may miss their train because of the staff's incompetence with ground transportation.
