The worst part was the “non-smoking” room smelled like an ash tray and was overpowering stench. The drapery rod was falling off wall. No bugs. Loud area of Knoxville. All night there were sirens outside. People live at this hotel, so foot traffic lasted well into the night. Now I get to drive exhausted.

This property took me and my dogs in when I had no where to go after Hurricane Helene. The staff is wonderful and friendly. I am grateful for motel 6 for helping me with a roof over my head until I was able to gain employment and find a new home. I have seen where some people have said they didn't like it because there are residents here. The people who are in similar predicament as I have been are good people who are working hard and trying hard. They are friendly and helpful. In a world of Karen's, please take into consideration the situation some have been in since Hurricane Helene. Thank you Motel 6 for helping me and others in need.

Its a MOTEL 6 we all know what it is. They say the rooms r accessible on the hotels.com but they aren’t… a wheelchair cant fit in the bathroom.

They use a toxic chemical to spray for pests in the rooms. Started affecting my breathing so I asked for another room. They said they were booked up. I asked for a refund. They did not want to give me a refund waiting to hear back

In room 207, the HOT WATER for the sink is NOT good. The faucet moves & the hot water pressure isn't enough to shave a face comfortably. I had to use a very low pressure & the water wasn't hot enough.
The STAFF at check-in was pleasant and very helpful.
