Rooms were clean and the morining staff were wonderful. Not so the night desk clerk was rude, ignored me and talked only to my husband, even though I was the one who made the reservations. Also, no microwave in the rooms. Why have a fridge and no micro to heat anything up in, and NO coffee in the room. Lastly, we were charged 70 dollars for our small maltipoo, which we did not see anything about a charge for pets on the web site. Only thing that I saw said "Pet friendly". I can understand a fee charged after for clean-up if there was any mess to be cleaned up. however the floors in the rooms are not carpeted AND there was NO designated pet area outside.
