Terrible place to stay with family. Staff are rude. Rooms are nasty. Breakfast is garbage. It was my worst trip of my life. I will never going to Montreal again and don’t recommend anyone specially this hotel. Rooms are like prisoner

I was annoyed because the room had 4 unipersonal beds like bunk beds while I expected 2 double beds, but, the room was clean, the bathroom clean, and the breakfast very good. The parking was supposedly included, but it was charged apart. In general the cost benefit relation is good.

The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The rooms were kept clean. The hotel is in a great spot for walking the city. Parking is expensive, but it’s nice too have a warm and safe place for the car.
