poor all round
On my arrival I was given my key to my room not a very good welcome or good information . I wasn’t told I had to walk up the stairs and after a long tiring journey from the UK it was very emotional! My room was filthy hairs in the bed the Air con smelt of urine i felt sick i was given another room better as no smelly carpet but still stains on the bed and a bed bug i slept in my clothes on the chair. I wanted ask for a full refund but the concierge on the desk didn’t understand me I couldn’t wait to leave .
Ps I would like to add I wasn’t told about the bar or restaurant I was so hungry and people I met in the morning told me the bar and restaurant was open when I arrived
