Very good place to stay. Everything is good, the location, close to everything and easy to walk everywhere. The host made the checkin procedure easy as well as the check out. Apatment had the basic equipment i needed on the kitchen even if the coffeemaker did’nt work. A nice balcony for relax. I have been there before and will come back again.

Great Location, wonderful view and a nice restaurant downstairs. I have my teen with me and she enjoys the neighborhood with many street cats. For family with younger kids , please check the google map. We feel safe enough but might it might be for everyone. Apartment facilities are basic but comfortable. Great experience for us

Overall, a good value and a stellar location nearby restaurants and other amenities. Clean, comfortable, and everything you need. Two cons: it got quite noisy at night (nearby bars/ restaurants going late into the night), and there was no internet. I did mention internet to the owners, who replied that the building had had issues. For someone who needed internet to navigate nearby places, this was a real letdown. But overall, for the price, you can't go wrong. Be aware that you'll have to access a lockbox to get in and there is no one to help you, which can be a bit confusing.

There were many great restaurants to walk to within a couple minutes of the apartment. Lots of Live Music at night. A grocery store was only a 6 minute walk and a convenient store was only a 2 minute walk. Only 20 minutes to walk to the Acropolis or the Syntagma square. There ware drains in the bathroom without covers. Boiler was leaking making very dangerous in the bathroom as the floor was very slippery. When reported I was ignored and nothing was done about it. Broken chair by the table .

Great property in the heart of Athens. Only minutes away from local tourist spots and restaurants. Nice amount of space in the flat, although it could use a bit more up keep for the peeling paint on the walls in the bathroom and in certain spots but overall a nice spacious area with a decently medium balcony. Acropolis view - is non existent. The “balcony chill” apartment with Acropolis view is obstructed by another adjacent building. So there is no view of the actual Acropolis. It would do renters a favour by removing that feature from the ad. Area is somewhat sketchy, but we didn’t have any trouble. There was a vehicle parked on the street that had it’s back window smashed and windshield broken in multiple places on our second to last day there. Although, it didn’t affect us - it was a sore sight to behold and disheartening for the owner as that vehicle had been in perfect shape on our first day in Athens. Anyhow - overall a 3.5 - 4 star flat. With a couple fixes could be a 4 - 4.5 star.

POSITIVES - Spacious. Lots of charging outlets. Close to everything. Can take transit to airport from nearby station. NEGATIVES - No balcony as advertised. All self service, can’t reach the owner for anything without a local phone. Internet didn’t work. Nice lady in restaurant downstairs called owner for us & owner said someone'd be there in 5 minutes. Took 45 min. & only after nice lady called them 3 times. Person showed up said there was surge last week & problem hasn’t been fixed. We asked to be either moved to another unit,or they pay top-up to our eSim. She said she’d get back to us. A few hours later, we received email with pswd to another WiFi, but the signal was so weak that my phone worked intermittently & my husband’s not at all. We sent another email but never heard back. We managed by using nice lady’s WiFi, which works well if you stick outside the front window & sometimes even works when you’re sitting close to the window. Owner's alternate WiFi only works at back of the unit (bathrm). Cleaning or new towels cost 20€. We stayed for 5 days with 1 tiny soap, 2 tiny bottles of shower gel & no replenishment. No place to hang towels, just a rack for their dusty duvets in bdrm. We used the hangers on this rack for the towels. No outlets in bathrm to dry hair where the only mirror is, so did it blind. Then figured out to use pictures on kitchen wall with tiny mirrors. Shower leaks. Daily floor towel drying req'd. Decide for yourself if this place is for you.
