The nature and sea view of the hotel is simply magnificent. But unfortunately, it is full of rude employees that do not suit this hotel. While the waiters in the restaurants are very friendly and love their jobs, the reception and reception staff are equally indifferent. Although I could not find the door of the hotel that I came to for the first time in my life, their careless expressions on this issue made me wait for 40 minutes in 35 degrees heat. This is not an Airbnb house, it is a 5-star hotel and they think they deserve not to help me, unbelievable! Their rudeness and condescending attitude is really incredibly bad. The room they upgraded afterwards unfortunately does not compensate for what they made me experience. When I checked out, they added 500 Euros of the person who stayed in the room before me to the extras on the date of my stay and they would have made me pay that if I did not check the list .. It is a terrible attitude. This is the first time I am writing a bad review about a place because I will never forget the victimization they made me experience that day. I cannot believe that you ruined this hotel with such wrong employee attitudes!
