The guy at check in was very friendly and helpful - I actually had to come back shortly after check in because my TV wouldn’t work and he was very quick to help fix the issue. It was pretty quiet. Challenges: my phone wouldn't connect to the wifi. But, it was probably an issue with my phone. Also, the hallways need to be vacuumed every day.

The people were friendly and the room was clean. The only downsides were some of the wall plugs didn’t work and when trying to connect to my Netflix, it wouldn’t load on their tv at all. Oh and the side door would choose when not to work. But otherwise everything else was pleasant and we slept great.

The hotel is getting a glow up and it’s awesome. Staff super nice and helpful. My ONLY complaint is that the only gluten-free breakfast option was a banana or clementine. Although I love those, it would be nice to see some GF muffins or GF granola bars. That’s all!

When we opened the door to our hotel room there was a June bug on the floor! Also looked like they didn’t even clean the floors because there was hair all over it! We didn’t use the ac unit cuz there was what looked like black mold in it:/ Don’t really recommend this hotel, they need to learn how to properly clean! The breakfast wasn’t the best and there wasn’t much for choices but it was fine. The hotel staff were nice though!
