Fint hotell, ingen støy, gode senger, likte at man kunne stille temperatur. Frokosten var bra, men kunne hatt mer pålegg, det var engelsk frokost og ikke kontinental. Rommet vårt ble ikke rengjort selv om vi spørte etter det og vi måtte spørre etter nye handduker (en måtte bestille rengjøring).

l’emplacement idéal pour visiter à pied le centre de Londres et proche des animations hôtel propre dans l’ensemble, cependant quelques travaux seraient à prévoir pour conserver une belle image de cet hôtel notamment le remplacement de la moquette tachée, les joints de la douche moisis, la peinture du plafond de la douche qui s’écaille et le contour du miroir, la tapisserie de la chambre qui se décolle Personnel discret et aimable

Mye å si om mye, generelt ble vi skuffet. Heldigvis god beliggenhet, da vi også var lite innom. Manglet dobørste. Ikke noe å henge håndkle på. En stol på rommet.. Lite utvalg på frokosten. Uren dusj. Fikk rom for funksjonsnedsatte.. medførte masse utstyr i dusjen vi ikke hadde behov for.

Had an absolutely horrible experience. The room was super filthy, and wasn’t cleaned after notifying the staff multiple times. The food and breakfast felt unclean and was not well presented at all. The staff couldn’t care less about our feedback. Avoid at all costs.

Great location, near to many things and at the same time in a very quiet spot. The hotel is in mint conditions, the only thing that I didnt like was the many doors that you need to get around the building. Nice room, modern, with all the amenities needed. Great option, I will come back no doubt.

The breakfast buffet was good overall, but the temperature settings on the hot food bar could use some attention as by the time you reach your table, the food is already quite cool. The same goes for the automated coffee machine, which could serve hotter drinks. Front desk staff were welcoming and pleasant throughout our stay. However, the room itself could benefit from a closer look at its condition and cleanliness. There were areas of peeling wallpaper, mold or limescale in the shower, stains on the glass door, and noticeable buildup on the carpet around the baseboards and closet wall. A refresh and deeper clean would make a big difference.

Die herausragenste Eigenschaft dieses Hotels ist wohl die Lage. Mitten in Soho gelegen erreicht man die Oxford Street oder Piccadilly Circus zu Fuss in maximal 5-10 Minuten.
