Most everything was good.There were a couple of things that need to be fixed. The doors to the parking lot didn’t allow us to come back in, the card reader didn’t work. The telephone in the room didn’t work and the luggage cart had 2 torn up tires. But, otherwise it was nice and cozy although the bed was firmer than we prefer.

2nd-no remote for TV
3rd-trash was left behind door piled up
4-Switched to another room with one less bed. Not as I requested. Still charged for the same room. Staff was very nice and professional and apologized, but its the company itself that should provide better options so employees can accommodate and give prompt solutions for travelers….sorry I would not stay again.

This hotel should be reported to the Texas Board of Health. Room was filthy, carpet was badly stained and torn and toilet did not work. When I requested another room they told me NO and that maintenance would have to attempt to fix issues.
Thankfully only stayed one night.
