Wait until all renovations are completed!
Positives: remodeling underway post hurricane. They have done a great job and you can see the work is still in progress. The view was great from our room.
Con’s: our room wasn’t ready at check in, there was only 1 elevator working and they had us on the top floor(6th.) it was very slow and there were always people waiting to get on. We did not have enough pillows or towels for the 4 of us, as the room occupancy was also 4. The day of checkout housekeeping started knocking early, first time they tried to see us, making us feel rushed to checkout, they even came right before checkout to make sure we were packing up. When mentioned to the lady who checked us out, she was very rude to me about it, saying you should know since you have been here before. The listing also needs to be updated with what is open and what is no longer available (no playground or hammocks anymore.) one pool was so crowded that you could not get a turn in the hot tub at all. Only 1 bar was open for the amount of people there.
Overall this visit was a major let down due to customer service. Until all renovations are completed, I would wait as the resort fee was a waste of money. There were no activities for the family,bring back the free drinks and more family activities.
