Poor Customer Service
I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience here was extremely disappointing. I booked six rooms well in advanced . I even confirmed this during a pre-arrival call, yet upon arrival, the staff didn’t seem to have prepared for this request. I was told that the rooms were ready, but they were trying to shuffle them around due to the disability request, which should have been sorted long before we arrived.
We checked in around 2:30 PM, and though they allowed us to check into two rooms early, the rest of the rooms weren’t ready until 5:30 PM. When I asked for an update, the front desk staff was rude and dismissive, saying the supervisor was “handling it,” but refused to provide any real information. After waiting for hours, I overheard staff discussing how to adjust the room assignments because they hadn't been properly organized.
Eventually, another supervisor overheard and stepped in to resolve things, but by then, the damage had been done. A lack of communication, empathy, and professionalism made this a very frustrating experience, especially after international travel. I hope the hotel reviews its training and processes to avoid this happening again.
