I stayed at Olive Garden hotel with my husband and 2 kids (7 and 15) for 8 days and we had a great time! Good food, great personale and service. The facilities were good in general, nice pools, slides, bars, kiosks, etc. Only our room that was simples than expected: the balcony door was difficult to open, the TV didn’t work, and the lock on the bathroom trash bin was broken.

Worst room I’ve ever stayed in

The room was honestly the worst I’ve ever stayed in. We arrived after 11pm and on arrival, we went straight to our room. The block was so uninviting and rundown, I immediately had a sinking feeling. Then on opening the door it was worse than I could have imagined. I expected basic but the room was falling apart. Beds for children felt unsafe.

DISAPPOINTING STAY

The water did not work during our stay. One night the fire alarm went off five times and when we called the reception to check on if there was a fire they said they were busy checking people in. There was a poop smell from the side of the hotel that you could smell everyday. The food was not good - it was a poor selection and sometimes the chicken was raw. The staff had a bad attitude when you asked for help or pointed out that something was wrong. The hotel does not look like the pictures. It was a total catfish. The shower was clogged.

Klimaanlage ist gut, die Räume sind etwa klein für die 4 Mann Belegung , Duschkabine nicht wirklich modern und dürftig zusammen gehalten in unserem Zimmer, Türen sehr dünn zum Zimmer, das man alles auf dem Flur hört , Wasser im Waschbecken so chlorhaltig das man mit Wasserflaschen Wasser Zähne putzen muss, Pool sehr schön angelegt und nie wirklich überfüllt , da ein Großteil der Badegäste zum anderen großen Badeareal mit den drei Wasserrutschen geht und es sich verteilt . Wer gute Liegen haben möchte , der sollte nach dem frühen Frühstück gleich zum Pool gehen. Das Essen ist ganz gut , doch nach einer Woche reicht es einem dann auch , da es oft ähnlich ist. Das Fleisch am Grill wird leider immer etwas zu lange gebraten . Es wirkt beim Essen aber immer alles sehr sehr frisch , also kann es hier nur meine persönliche Vorliebe sein , die etwas heraussticht . Das Hotel ist etwas abseits , was gut ist wenn man es so mag, aber nicht so toll, wenn man auch mal shoppen will. Ein Taxi nach Lardos kann man über die Rezeption schnell bestellen lassen was dann 10€ kostet. Dort gibt es 3-4 Läden ein paar Restaurants und eine Cocktailbar. Extrem zu empfehlen ist das Gyros im Redtaurant Savvas dort . Portion 9€ und extrem saftig und super gewürzt . Im Hotel kann man einen Mietwagen buchen für 50€ pro Tag was von einem zum nächsten Tag bestellt und genutzt werden kann , um nach Rhodos old Town zu kommen. Dort kann man gut shoppen und das alte Rhodos erkunden .Lindos wäre auch eine Fahrt wert

Nous avons aimé l'ensemble des activités réalisées par le personnel (l'accueil avec les très bons conseils de visites, l'entretien général des lieux par le personnel, la restauration ainsi que le bar, et pour finir l'animation) Nous n'avons pas trop aimé le comportement de certains touristes qui ont été bruyants et avec un comportement d'appartenance des services. Il faut du respect envers chacuns d'entre nous, touristes et salariés.

Mahtava henkilökunta!

Hotellin henkilökunta oli todella ystävällistä! Etenkin ravintolahenkilökunta oli erittäin ystävällisiä! Huoneet olivat remontoidut ja sänky oli erittäin hyvä nukkua. Ainoa huono puoli oli kovaääninen iltariento, joka oli joka päivä klo 21:30-23 ulkona, jolloin meteli oli melko kova huoneisiinkin. Ilmastointilaite ei myöskään toiminut ja sitä korjattiin muutaman kerran. Lopulta korjasimme sen itse, jotta saimme viilennystä. Hotellin ympäristössä ei juuri ole mitään, ja kävellen liikkuessa pitää kävellä isomman tien piennarta pitkin.

Hinta-laatusuhteelta erittäin hyvä vaihtoehto. Vesipuisto oli kiva. Yllätyksenä tuli, että kohtuu edulliseen hintaan kuului all inclusive. Ruoat hyviä ja monipuolisia. Sijainti hieman syrjäinen. Kävelyetäisyydellä ei ihan ok rannan lisäksi ole oikein mitään. Auto on hyvä olla. Huone on ihan perus. Hieman isompi olisi voinut olla. Kunto ihan ok. Vettä ei ihan aina tullut hanoista, mutta pitkiä taukoja ei ollut. Kaiken kaikkiaan viikko hotellissa oli erittäin onnistunut.

Wir hatten einen so schönen Aufenthalt dort. Die Mitarbeiter an der Bar am Abend und beim Essen haben meiner Meinung nach alle eine Gehaltserhöhung verdient. Wir konnten dann erst einen Tag später einchecken als geplant da, das Hotel überbucht war, man hat uns aber einen Shuttel und ein anderes Hotel besorgt es war also trotzdem ein sorgenfreier Urlaub, was übrigens immer wieder auch von den Mitarbeitern gesagt und unterstützt wurde. Das Essen dort war abwechslungsreich außer der Standard wie Pommes halt, den gab es jeden Tag, ist aber meiner Meinung nach normal. Das Zimmer für griechische Verhältnisse extrem sauber, ich habe schon sehr viel anders gesehen! Alle dort waren sehr zuvorkommend, aber Manos und Aris, machen ihren Job nicht nur sie freuen sich Ihn zu machen und wir haben uns jeden Tag gefreut die beiden zu sehen. Wir würden definitiv wieder in dieses Hotel einchecken. Nachdem was ich gesehen habe bin ich davon überzeugt das grade Familien mit Kindern dort auch herzlich Willkommen sind.

Excellent complexe situe a quelques kilomètres de l'acropole de Lindos! Tout est tres propre, avec de grandes chambres très confortable... piscine, tereain de volley, aquapark... et un personnel très disponible. seul point negatif, pas de rideaux ocultants . mais un superbe endroit, moins "frime" que sur le ville de Lindos
